Our Services. S3 General Construction delivers Custom Home Construction, Home Additions, Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Commercial Contracting, Design Builds. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by S3 General Construction or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. S3 General Construction may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
As-Is Basis. https://s3generalconstructiontx.com is provided on an "as is" basis. S3 General Construction makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, S3 General Construction's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid S3 General Construction in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify S3 General Construction against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Choice of Law. TX law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TX, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
