Who We Are

At S3 General Construction, we bring three decades of building experience to every project we take on in Texarkana and the surrounding region. We work on both residential and commercial jobs, whether that means framing a brand new home from the ground up, putting up a commercial building, or reworking a space you already own. Our approach stays the same on every job: plan it carefully, keep you informed, and stand behind the work.

Much of what we do falls under custom home construction, where we help you shape a floor plan that fits how your family actually lives. We also take on home additions when you need more room without moving, and we complete whole-home renovations that update older houses down to the studs. Inside the house, kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling are two of our most requested jobs, and we can also finish basements or attics to give you usable square footage you did not have before. On the commercial side, we work as a commercial contractor on new buildings and tenant improvements alike.

We offer design-build services so the planning and the building live under one roof, which keeps decisions moving and avoids the back and forth of juggling separate firms. Along the way we assist with architectural planning, provide as-built blueprints, and help obtain the permits your project needs. Our crews handle roofing and siding, window and door installation, drywall installation and finishing, and flooring installation, plus decks, patios, and other outdoor living spaces. When a home has settling or damage, we perform structural repairs to make it sound again.

Every job starts with a written estimate and a detailed project schedule, so you know the scope and the timeline before we swing a hammer.
